The research and production company "Aurica" conducted hearing aid testing with a group of hearing-impaired individuals from the Tula Regional Branch of the All-Russian Public Organization of Disabled People "All-Russian Society of the Deaf" (TRB ARSD).
Seven people aged 18 to 60 with grade 3–4 hearing loss took part in the first phase of the testing. They used the "Atom" and "Every Ric" hearing aids and evaluated the devices according to various parameters.
Specifically, the test participants assessed the comfort of wearing the hearing aids at home and in public places, the ease of operating the hearing aids, and the level of comfort when speaking with one or multiple interlocutors. Additionally, an important factor was the user's level of comfort when watching TV or listening to radio programs without using a TV streamer, as well as the convenience of talking on the phone.
As a result of the testing, the hearing-impaired participants highly rated the functionality and user comfort of the hearing aids manufactured by Aurica, noting their intuitive controls and optimal sound quality.
